My stay at the hotel was quite the mixed bag. On one hand, the customer service was exceptional; staff went above and beyond to help resolve any issues I faced during my visit. The location is also a significant plus, with easy access to cruise ports and lovely views. However, my experience was marred by noise disturbances from neighbors and a frustrating lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, with unwanted guests in the form of cockroaches. Overall, while I appreciated the attentive staff and great location, the noise and cleanliness issues left a sour taste in my mouth.
